What’s Covered in their Standard Warranty
ARBOC’s standard warranty is designed to provide comprehensive protection for the core components of your vehicle. This coverage includes many essential parts that ensure the bus functions smoothly and safely. Key components covered under the standard warranty include windows, flooring, suspension systems, lights, and electrical systems, among others. These items are critical to the overall operation and reliability of the vehicle, ensuring that customers can trust their ARBOC vehicles to perform at their best.
Duration of the Warranty
The duration of this standard warranty is 36 months or 80,467 km, whichever occurs first. This timeframe is designed to offer customers a reasonable period of coverage during the vehicle’s early life when issues are most likely to surface. ARBOC’s commitment to quality ensures that this warranty protects customers from defects in materials or workmanship, with covered issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
Structural Warranty Coverage
The structural warranty provided by ARBOC covers the critical foundational elements of the vehicle, ensuring that customers are protected against defects in the core structure of their bus. The basic structural components originally built, installed, or modified by ARBOC, such as the exterior sidewall structure, rear wall structure, roof structure, floor structure, and chassis frame sections are warranted free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 60 months or 160,934 km, whichever occurs first.
Manufacturer Supplied Coverage
In addition to ARBOC’s standard and structural warranties, there is separate coverage for optional components and accessories that are supplied by other manufacturers. These manufacturer-supplied items, while originally installed by ARBOC, come with their own warranties, which are managed by the respective manufacturers. This means that any issues or claims related to these components will be handled directly through the component manufacturers.
Examples of components covered under these separate manufacturer warranties include electronic systems such as alternators, batteries, radios, and PA systems, as well as air conditioning and heating units (not related to the chassis system). Other items like wheelchair ramps, safety equipment, and seating also fall under this coverage. These components are critical to the functionality and comfort of the vehicle, and ARBOC works closely with reputable manufacturers to ensure that customers receive quality products backed by strong warranty protections.
